I honestly had a terrible week. Not a very good week at all. In fact the past couple weeks have been bad. It's on an upturn I think though. So Cheers!

Not really. I run out of time. I'm not knocking them, but I the only reminders that seem to work for me are alarms, but they also spike my anxiety so there's that.

i usually only use reminders to take care of important tasks. even on bad days, I still try to do things that i know should help me, even if they don't help.

Pretty good! Just recently treated myself to a nice leather bound journal from a local table top shop with a gorgeous green dragon looking down to a princess on it.

It definitely helps!! For me on bad days, I forget to do a lot of stuff like take my daily medications so reminders are very helpful.

nothing detrimental but its been Abysmal.

no, don't think it will. everything on the bingo sheet is already apart of my routine.

Really great and really awful at the same time. Lots of ups and downs like a roller coaster.

So I have ADHD. I forget to do a lot of stuff. I have routines that help but sometimes if the routine is interrupted, I forget to take care of myself. So I have reminders set. I use an app that allows me to gamify tasks. Stuff like this is a good way to check in with myself.
