Supply Crate – Enrique

Enrique requested a Supply Crate to connect with his son who lives across the US and loves gaming.

Hi, thank you for the opportunity and your time. To start off, I don’t think I’m more deserving than the next veteran or that my needs should be more important, im grateful to what I have and anything that can help me along this life’s journey is really much appreciated. I served 9 years in the Marines and my last year of full service in 2012 I deployed to Afghanistan, when I came back l wasn’t myself and started to see mental health and was soon on a supply of medication , at the time I was questioning everything and soon I realized I couldn’t lead myself much less others so in 2013 I finished my service contract and was honorably discharged. Due to some up and lots of downs I have been able to keep on going but since then have divorced and live by myself. I don’t go out and I don’t require fancy things, what I have I give to my family and those needing it more. The purpose of my request is this would give me a chance to better connect with my son, he lives in Virginia and I live in Las Vegas, he’s big Into gaming and this would allow me to play online with him and build a better relationship with him. As I stated most of my income is freely given to others and my priority is to make sure my children have what they need and so I havnt been able to get a system of my own. Thank you for listening to my story and I hope that the blessing you’ll are given out in turn make you’ll life’s much better.

Sounds like Enrique is trying to do something good as a parent. While our Supply Crates program often prioritizes based on need, we also look at other factors when determining who we support, including and especially intent. The whys of getting their Supply Crates. Enrique's request is a worthy one we can appreciate so we are happy to give.

Dear Ian, the Stackup Organization and my Sponsor @NScout45,
I am truly at a loss for words to convey the depth of my gratitude to your organization, especially to my generous sponsor www.twitch.tv/NScout45. Your benevolence not only reaches us veterans but has touched me in a profound way.
In my heartfelt letter, I shared my aspirations for the game system you so generously provided. Little did I know that this gift would not only connect me with fellow veterans but also create a unique avenue for bonding with my kids. Thanks to your generosity, we can now explore shared interests and build lasting memories together.
I am profoundly thankful for this incredible blessing, and I want to express my deepest appreciation for the positive impact it will have on my life and the lives of my children.
Warm regards,
Enrique A.
Las Vegas, NV

This is possibly one of the nicest Supply Crate responses we've received. Thank you for your service, Enrique, and thanks for your request. We're always glad to serve those who served.

As mentioned in Enrique's reply, NScout45 sponsored his Supply Crate. NScout45 plays games from GTA to CoD and ARMA to Uno. Check out his content on Twitch.
