Supply Crate – Gary

Navy Veteran Gary requested a Supply Crate to help him cope with the isolation he often experiences while at home after the Military left him with pain and COPD.

I was medically retired in 2005 after sustaining a back and neck injury while on active duty in us Navy I had 7 operations during my active duty and hardware in my neck and back and as I got older I had to see Va orthopedic for pain in arms and neck and back and just recently got my self off of pain medication, I also recently diagnosed with server copd , so I stay home a lot on home oxygen. I very bad about self isolation at times and my wife is always at work as she is a school teacher and j am left home all day to my thoughts, would love something like this keep me occupied

Having nothing to do for hours after living a very active life is tough. It's even tougher when you can't go out and do more because of physical disabilities. This is where we believe gaming can help. Being able to game is like getting to travel to another world and explore while having fun and in some cases, getting to know other people. It's great. We hope that by sending Gary a Supply Crate it'll help him with those feelings of self-isolation.
