James requested a Supply Crate for his unit who were looking to get a game console and games as a prize for their annual holiday party:
We are a small unit that supports 2 larger maintenance squadrons. We are planning to have our annual holiday party and were looking for donations as prizes. Our unit consists of around 100 people but only around 80 show up to this event yearly. With our small size, we can't compete with the larger units (300+) when it comes to fundraising. We were there to support OPERATION ALLIES REFUGE. Out C-17's were on the ground aiding the evacuation of over 130,000 people. We also helped generate the largest C-17 lauch in history (24) during OPERATION RAVENEL FURY this year across 5 diffrent locations. I along with around 20 other civilians make up 20% of out unit. I wholeheatedly believe out people are well deserving.
This would not be the first time we've sent out a Supply Crate so that a unit could use it as a prize to motivate people to show up at their events or holiday parties. It's also great to give a servicemember a nice surprise when they win.
Ian,
We truly appreciate ladyluck34's generosity and salute you all over there at Stack Up!
A bunch of us have already followed her on Twitch and other social media platforms. I will make every effort to reach out when I can catch her online.
Thank you again from all of us at the Maintenance Training Section here at Joint Base Charleston.
Thanks for that, James! We love it when the recipients of the Supply Crates can show some love to the sponsors personally.
LadyLuck34 sponsored the Supply Crate sent to James and the Maintenance Training Section at Joint Base Charleston. She's a variety streamer who straddles the line between totally chill and mostly chaos. Check her out on Twitch.
