Supply Crate - Johnny

Johnny has struggled with his mental health since getting out of the Military and requested a Supply Crate so he could use gaming as a recommended medium for bonding with his son.

I am a retired veteran with 20 years of service. I have 1 Afghan and 3 Iraq deployments and I retired 7 years ago in 2016. Ever since then it's been an uphill battle. Tussling with depression, hallucinations, anxiety, suicidal ideations, mood swings and a host of other issues it has really taken a toll on my family and me. After being away from my family because of my condition I've been giving the opportunity to mend some of the broken bridges I have destroyed with the hopes of moving forward as a family again. I have a 19-year-old son that's into gaming who I really would like to build a stronger bond with who doesn't live with me. After a having a few virtual counseling sessions it was recommend as a bonding tool and after speaking with my son he seemed excited to participate along with me. However, he has a PlayStation 5 but do not. The gaming console would really be beneficial to my family and me. Thank You!!!

It's unfortunate how much of a toll our mental health can take on our relationships with family and friends post-Military service. It's sounds like Johnny has been working to get better and rebuild those relationships and if we can help through the platform of gaming, we're all the happier to do so.

I received the supply crate.
This will really help me and my son bond and bring us closer since we really don’t talk much. He will be happy when I let him know I received the crate. I really appreciate it and I can’t thank you enough!
Sincerely,
Johnny

We hope that Johnny enjoys plenty of gaming with his son with this new PS5.
