Ryan requested a Supply Crate for a combined group of Marines and Navy Sailors working in a hangar bay.
I have a group of Marines and sailors that work 14+ hours per day on the flightdeck and in the hangarbay day in and out. Any bosst of morale is welcomed. The aircraft maintaine cycle is consistent and demanding. This can wear greatly on the Marines and sailors. Retention can suffer becasue due to challenging times. I ask that you aid in creating memorable moments that no matter how challenging the development is there is the small fraction of something that make it better and bearable.
Working long days can be killer on the body not just mentally but physically as well. Taking the time to relax in off hours sometimes means you just want to sit down. So why not sit down and game with the other folks who are doing the same work and want to sit down too? We sent Ryan's crew a Supply Crate and he sent us a reply:
