Supply Crate – Wesley

Writer: Stack UpStack Up

Navy Veteran Wesley was nominated for a Supply Crate by his buddy in the Navy who saw how he was having a difficult time and thought a new game console could boost his morale.

I spent 8 years serving with Wes, though 3 delpoyments in support of OIF/OEF. we always had eachother backs. since we both left the Navy at 12 years, he has had a rough time and is rated at over 70% disabled by the VA. he has had some other issues come up and was involved in a major MVA which he almost lost everything in. I'm reaching out to you to help this brother of mine as I feel he is deserving of this and I think it will help him and his family. I'm communicating this with his eldest daughter to set it up who still to this day calls me uncle. Our families have always helped each other out how we can.

It's good to see friendships carrying on after Military service. For some in the Military, these friendships can become lifelong relationships where families are brought together through the trials and tribulations caused by serving.

I cannot say thank you enough! This means the world to me. A former squadron brother told me about this program and my wife helped me fill out the forms. It had been almost a year and I forgot all about it. Having this system allows me to connect with my navy brothers and sisters, have fun, and cope with my past - a place I mentally and emotionally still live heavily in. I believe this is exactly what I needed to help me process in the right direction. Thank you again for this. I cannot properly put it into words what this will do for me (physically and mentally) and how grateful I truly am.

We hope the console serves you well, Wesley.
